Playfina VIP program: start with the car

The Playfina VIP program puts a Lamborghini Huracán on its final level, number 175. That is the photo everyone remembers, and the least useful part of the program.

The parts that actually change your money sit lower down: the status you hold sets your weekly rakeback and monthly cashback, and the VIP Lounge adds a personal manager and a High Roller bonus. The rates by status are on the Playfina cashback page. Here is what each layer gives and what Playfina leaves out.

A third layer runs beside the ladder and is easy to confuse with it: coins. They come from achievements, weekly quests and betting, and they buy cash or spins in the shop. Coins do not move your level, and XP does not fill your coin balance.

Playfina VIP statuses and what they pay

Seven statuses, each a band of levels. Bronze VIP is 1–10, Silver VIP 11–27, Gold VIP 28–50, Sapphire VIP 51–90, Platinum VIP 91–125, Ruby VIP 126–160 and Diamond VIP 161–175.

The status is what moves the percentages. Bronze 1%, Silver 2%, Gold 3%, Sapphire 4%, Platinum 5%, Ruby 7%, Diamond 10%, the same for rakeback and cashback.

What each step up the statuses actually changes, rate and monthly cashback cap together:

StepRateMonthly cashback cap
Bronze to Silver1% to 2%A$460 to A$640
Silver to Gold2% to 3%A$640 to A$770
Gold to Sapphire3% to 4%A$770 to A$1,275
Sapphire to Platinum4% to 5%A$1,275 to A$1,540
Platinum to Ruby5% to 7%A$1,540 to A$4,790
Ruby to Diamond7% to 10%A$4,790 to A$15,990

The first step is the one most players feel: it doubles the rate. The last two are the ones that change the caps.

The first ten levels are published in full, and they all sit in Bronze. Level 1 needs 5 XP, level 5 needs 100, level 10 needs 710. Each pays free spins: 50 on levels 1–6, 60 on levels 7–10. Beyond level 10 the public table ends, so Silver's XP target is unknown.

That gap is the honest summary of the program. You can see the first step and the last prize, but not the road between them.

  • Bronze to Silver: rates double from 1% to 2%, at level 11.
  • Sapphire is the widest band, forty levels from 51 to 90.
  • Diamond, levels 161–175: 10% rates and the Lamborghini at the very end.

The Playfina VIP Lounge: service without a door

The Lounge is Playfina's personal VIP service, separate from the level table. It promises a dedicated manager by email or WhatsApp, offers built around your play, and quicker withdrawals.

It does not publish an entry rule. No deposit total, no level, no invitation criteria. The contact for it is [email protected].

The table above shows the one thing you can count on: status, levels and the top prize. The Lounge is a promise of service, and service is only as good as the manager you get. Judge it on the first replies and on how withdrawals go, not on the brochure.

The VIP page also carries a wall of player quotes praising named managers. Those are selected by the casino and shown on its own page, so read them as marketing, not as independent reviews.

Playfina XP: the missing exchange rate

By playing. XP comes from your bets, and each level asks for a set amount: 5, 12, 22, 50, 100, 160, 230, 340, 480 and 710 XP for the first ten. The steps get longer quickly: level 2 is 7 XP past level 1, level 10 is 230 XP past level 9.

Playfina does not say how many dollars of bets equal one XP. Without that, a level target cannot be turned into a budget, and that is reason enough not to play for levels. The perks below come with the Lounge, not with a level.

The coin shop is the one loyalty currency with a published price list. Bigger packs pay more per coin:

CoinsCash in the shopCash per 100 coins
200A$15A$7.50
530A$60A$11.32
1,000A$155A$15.50
2,310A$380A$16.45
4,200A$770A$18.33
7,600A$1,540A$20.26

Saving coins for the large packs nearly triples their value compared with spending them at 200. The catch is the rate: from betting alone, one coin costs A$890 of turnover.

The Lamborghini Huracán and its fine print

A Lamborghini Huracán, and Playfina says the full ladder holds A$2,471,350 and 4,430 free spins on the way there.

The terms for the car are not on the public loyalty page. It lists FAQ questions about restrictions and about the maximum level without visible answers. Before you treat the prize as real, ask for its written conditions.

Compare that silence with the part you can check. Level 1 pays 50 spins for 5 XP, level 10 pays 60 spins for 710 XP, and the status table tells you exactly which rate each band earns. Plan on the checkable part; treat the car and the seven-figure total as decoration until the terms are in writing.

How do I get into the VIP Lounge?

Playfina does not publish a threshold. The VIP page invites players to contact the team at [email protected], and the High Roller offer starts at a single deposit of A$1,540. Anything beyond that depends on the casino's own judgement.

Playfina FAQ

Is the Playfina Lamborghini prize real?

It is listed as the final prize on level 175. Playfina publishes no conditions for it on the loyalty page, so ask the VIP team in writing whether it is the car or a cash equivalent.

How do I contact a Playfina VIP manager?

Email [email protected], the address on the VIP page. Lounge members are also promised contact through WhatsApp with their own manager. Regular players use live chat or [email protected] instead. Ask the manager for any promised offer by email, so its terms are on record.

What is the Playfina High Roller bonus?

Up to 50% extra on a deposit of A$1,540 or more. Playfina does not publish its wagering or maximum amount. At the full 50%, a A$1,540 deposit would add A$770, but the actual offer is set by the VIP manager.

Does VIP status lower the wagering?

Not by any published rule. Deposit bonuses carry x35 and cashback and rakeback x40 for all statuses. The VIP page mentions minimal wagering on tailored bonuses without a number. Ask for it in writing.

Is the Playfina VIP program worth chasing?

Not for the car. For a regular player the useful step is Silver, which doubles rakeback to 2%. Play the way you planned and treat higher statuses as a side effect. The Playfina VIP program pays its steady money through percentages, not through the car.
